An electrician answering service for panels, EV chargers, and service calls.
Last updated:
An electrician answering service responds when an electrical contractor is on a jobsite. AutomateLocal texts back missed callers, separates safety concerns from project enquiries, gathers panel, EV charger, or renovation details, and hands a callback request to your team.
How it works
- A homeowner calls about an EV charger while you’re mid-install.
- The assistant asks project type, panel size if known, and property address.
- Safety concerns follow your escalation rules; projects become quote requests.
